Mr. Jack Azimi is the Founder and Principal of KIMET Commodities Corp, bringing over three decades of experience in investment banking, commodities, and international business development. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in raising capital for large-scale projects, structuring complex transactions, and supporting the growth of companies across multiple sectors. Jack has played a key role in taking several companies public and has been directly involved in the development and financing of projects valued in the billions of dollars. His experience also includes working closely with resource assets, including contributing to the advancement of mining projects from early-stage development into production. In addition to his capital markets background, Jack has over 16 years of experience in the global commodities trading sector, with exposure to energy, metals, and mineral markets. He has developed relationships with producers, refineries, and institutional counterparties across North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His approach is defined by strategic insight, disciplined execution, and the ability to align capital with opportunity—positioning KIMET as a platform focused on structured transactions and long-term value creation across global markets.

Mr. Mike Azimi is the Co-Founder and President of KIMET Commodities Corp, with extensive experience in commodities trading, project development, and operational execution. Over the course of his career, he has been actively involved in the structuring and delivery of transactions across energy, metals, and mineral markets, as well as participating in the development of large-scale projects. Mike has contributed to projects valued in the billions of dollars and has worked alongside industry participants to advance resource-based opportunities, including supporting mining-related initiatives toward operational stages. He also brings over 16 years of experience in commodities trading, with a strong understanding of global supply chains and market dynamics. As President, Mike is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, execution strategy, and transaction management. His focus on operational discipline, coordination, and performance ensures that KIMET delivers consistent, reliable outcomes across complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

He graduated from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management with a focus on Economics and is currently enrolled in the CFA Program, reflecting a strong foundation in financial analysis and global markets. At KIMET, Solomon focuses on analyzing macroeconomic trends, supply-demand dynamics, and pricing movements across energy, metals, and agricultural commodities. His role includes developing hedging frameworks, supporting trade structuring decisions, and providing forward-looking insights that enhance risk management and capital deployment strategies. Combining academic rigor with practical market application, Solomon contributes to KIMET’s ability to navigate volatile markets and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Dennis Shu is the head of operations for Asia oversees the day-to-day trading activities within KIMET’s agricultural, and metals commodities division, ensuring the seamless execution of transactions across sourcing, logistics, and delivery. With a strong operational focus, Dennis manages supply chain coordination, counterparty engagement, and trade flow management across global agricultural markets. ​ His expertise lies in maintaining efficiency and consistency in high-volume trading environments, enabling KIMET to meet commercial demand with precision and reliability. Through disciplined execution and close coordination with suppliers and buyers, Dennis plays a critical role in sustaining the performance and scalability of KIMET’s agricultural trading platform.

Mr. Aziz Khorashi is the head of operations for Africa at KIMET Commodities Corp, bringing over 25 years of experience in global commodities trading, with a specialized focus on African markets. He is responsible for identifying and advancing opportunities across the continent, particularly within agricultural commodities and metals. With deep regional expertise and long-standing relationships across multiple jurisdictions, Aziz provides strategic insight into sourcing at origin, market access, and execution within complex environments. His multilingual capabilities—including Swahili, French, and multiple local African dialects—enable effective engagement across diverse markets and strengthen KIMET’s presence on the ground. Aziz’s experience and network position him as a key driver of KIMET’s African strategy, supporting the company’s ability to secure supply and execute transactions across high-growth and resource-rich regions.

He is responsible for coordinating internal processes, supporting transaction execution, and ensuring operational efficiency across key functions of the business. ​ In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Manav contributes to KIMET’s expansion in India by facilitating local engagement, supporting supplier and partner relationships, and assisting in the identification of opportunities across agricultural and industrial commodities. His understanding of the regional market environment, combined with his ability to manage operational workflows, enables KIMET to maintain a structured and reliable presence within one of the world’s most dynamic commodity markets. ​ Manav’s role is integral to maintaining continuity, organization, and execution discipline across KIMET’s growing global platform.
